Colman Grimes recently sold our family home in Templeogue..Alan and Colman, both provided a bespoke service. They organised everything, from arranging BER, Surveyor, clearing house of contents, painting and cleaning, landscaping/gardening  etc. This took away lot of stress from me, as I presumed I would have had to organize and be present while services were being carried out. They both appropriately communicated  professionally with updates and queries.
